Application Services

The Information Systems team in Information Technology Services is responsible for Banner, PAWS, DARS and Astra as well as enhancement of existing systems, development of custom applications and interfacing disparate systems.

To request typical programming services, including reporting, please complete the EIU Request for Programming form. If you need assistance to complete the form, please contact Kathy Reed (217-581-7730). Once the form is received by ITS, the project will be assigned to a programming team. Depending upon your current access permissions, the request may require additional security access be assigned to you. Our ERP Security Administrator will contact you if necessary.
