Request An Organization/Group Account

Please enter the following information to apply for an organization/group account for your department, course, or organization. A faculty or staff member is required to sponsor the account and to oversee that the account abides by the conditions set forth by Eastern Illinois University in our policy section. You will be notified by phone to pick-up your account within 24-48 hours after we receive your application. A validated Panther Card or picture ID is required when you personally pick up the user ID and password.
